As Austin's growth continues to explode, having an understanding of the permitting process is essential to the homebuilding and remodeling process. Clint served eight years on the Austin Parks Board where he was appointed by two different mayors and also served two years on the Austin Planning Commission where he helped develop important renovation and development policies for Austin residents and builders. As stated in the Austin Business Journal, “Clint polished his reputation as a consensus maker among various Austin community and business interests and was a “sterling example” of the progress city boards and commissions can make when members take time to learn about issues and seek compromise.”
Clint received the City of Austin Distinguished Service Award for his work with the City of Austin and the Austin Home Builders Association.
